2. Order Acceptance & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders. Custom color requests or specific vehicle fitments are processed exactly as submitted during checkout.

3. Payment & Shipping

Payments are processed securely via our designated gateways. We rely on third-party shipping carriers (e.g., DTDC) for delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Since many of our products (e.g., Car Beds, SUV setups) are custom-configured based on vehicle make, model, seating capacity, and color preferences, cancellations must be requested prior to dispatch or within 24 hours of order placement.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
